Lynx is ideally situated between Stellenbosch (15 minutes), Paarl (15 minutes) and Franschhoek (10 minutes) at the foothills of the Klein Drakenstein Mountains. Our boutique farm is one of the smaller wineries in the village.

We are an individually owned and operated business that does most of the winemaking by hand, giving our guests a very private experience with a variety of fascinating wines at the tasting.

Sweet plum, Black currant with a olive/meaty nose with subtle hints of violet. Dry Tannins with a presence of cedar. Perfect with fillet mignon & mushrooms braised in a whiskey pan sauce with potato leek squares.

Lynx Grenache 2020

100% Grenache

Elegantly vibrant pale ruby colour. A rich yet medium bodied wine with rich peppery spice and forest floor.
Clean, fresh floral notes with liquorice root and sour cherry, supported by soft, well integrated oak tannins. Lamb Chops with Pomegranate-Pistachio Couscous.

Lynx Shiraz 2019

100% Shiraz

Black currant and almond nose leads through to spice palate with white pepper and liquorice. Seamless wood & redfruit integration. Have with Duck and Dauphinoise Potatoes.
